Me as a Night Zookeeper! By Cerys

I want to be a night zookeeper because, it sounds fun and I love animals! But I want to help all the animals like the low flying pigs, highly inappropriate hippo’s, lightening fast Llama’s and the menacing monkey’s.

I have many qualifications, including Z level- controlling abstact animals at A* and a degree from the night University.

My last job was on the animal space station I thought it would be pretty good until I got the job as a  poop manager (tricky with no gravity I had to catch it in a net).

The Flying Pig By Cerys.

The day I saw the flying pig is a day I’ll never forget. It was a normal day in the field rounding up the sheep, with Rex my sheep dog. Then when we got the last sheep in Alissa walked in the field ” Hello.” She smiled. I waved at her. ” Hi.” I shouted, she ran over. We started chatting until something caught my eye. ” What the… look up! Can you see that flying PIG!” I screamed. Alissa looked up and stared at me as if she didn’t see it, ( Because she knows I like pigs!) I pointed at it and realized it was a magpie!

Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar! By Cerys

One sunny afternoon, Faye was looking forward to the last chocolate chip cookie she had made.She asked her mother if she could have it, and her mum replied ” Of course.” Faye scrambled over to the jar before her cousin Anna did! But when she lifted the lid the cookie had gone! ” Anna did you steal my cookie!” Faye screamed at the top of her voice. ” No!” Anna shouted back. Then her mum walked into the kitchen.

” Mum did you steal my cookie!” Faye cried.

” Of course not.” she snapped.

”  Then who did.” Faye began to cry. Then in walked Lewis ( Faye’s brother) munching on her cookie, they all scowled at him.

The Strange Day By Cerys

We woke up, falling to the ground, we had  big orange tales and scales all over Georgia and me. The last thing we could remember,was touching the deep blue warter of the sea. We floped and wriggled and started to SWIM! We relised we wern’t humen any more were horrible scaley orange smelly FISH! We swam out of the little shell house we were in, and was hoping there would be other fish, we swam out to see but all we could see was water! Not even one piece of coral not one single fish, it was like a DESSERT!

The Toy Box By cerys

One rainy cold day Katy was playing with her grand pink bicycle and barbie dolls. ” Oh barbie you are soooo beautiful and now you will go to the ball with Ken!” chuckeld Katy. Meanwhile Jake was playing with his gorilla and army figers. He through his toy’s all over his bedroom. ” Ha ha you are no mach for me gorilla. Yes I am and I am going to destroy you!” shouted Jake. He ran onto the landing and straight into Katy’s pink princess room. ” Ha ha you play with barbie’s!” Laughed Jake and he took one and ran back into his blue messy  bedroom. Katy started to cry and cry and cry!

My Shed By Cerys

I went into the back garden with my pink wellies on, and I thought wouldn’t it be fun to go in the shed. So I looked behind me in case my mum was there, but lucky for me she wasn’t, so creaked open the door. Inside there was lots of toy’s from when I was a baby, Then I saw shoes, I saw pink ones I tried them on but they were way to big. Then I opened this silver box, and inside were photos. I was flicking though them when a big hairy spider dangled in front of my face! I screamed and ran out back into my house.

It was a calm and warm evening, my family and I had just finished our tea. Now my Grandma put yummy custard    and bananas in front of us. She told us to eat up while it was warm, all of us were slurping away. But my mum wasn’t, she took one look at it went ” Yuck I don’t want this!” My Grandma told her just to have a spoon full. So my Mum took one spoon full and shouted ” Yuck Yuck!! The custard taste’s like jam and socks!” My mum pushed the bowl away, and the rest of us just kept on slurping.

One Boxing day I was putting batteries in all of my toy’s. I had put batteries

in all of them. ( So I thought.) I checked behind the tree to see if I had missed

a toy out. Just then I found my walking snuffly pig. I needed to put batteries in

it. But when I put the batteries in it it walked up to me, and said ” Hi my name is

Snorty, what’s your’s. oink oink!” I looked at it with my mouth dangling open. So I spurted

” My name is is Carys.” Then it jumped on my lap and chatted away. And I still have

Snorty to this day!
