I would like to be a night zoo keeper because I like animals and I never really get tired, also I’m good at watching over things,they never leave my sight. Also the monsters that attack the zoo won’t get to the animals because I can set traps and go all kung-fu on them. Also I can call for back up if things get out of control and we can arm ourselves with anything the armoury has to offer.Also if they fight back, we can get some of the animals to help us by fighting with stuff. This is basically why i want to be a night zookeeper.

I love to walk down the street,

listening to the birds tweet.

Quick, look up! can you see…

the lamp post towering above me.

Watch the propellers go round and round,

a helicopter flies making a loud sound.

I continue down to the park,

where I see a child with a toy ark.

I walk into the corner shop,

where I buy a delicious lollipop.

I exit the store,

then I hear a little roar.

it’s just a little pup,

it comes bounding up

to me.

It is cute as you can probably see.

So it follows me home,

but knocks over my mum’s favourite garden gnome.

I have to clean it up!

I opened my eyes, then I felt such a strange feeling. I had somehow travelled, (during the night.) to a world made of square blocks. As I sat up I felt uncomfortable, so I looked down and I saw… A pickaxe! I decided to begin mining. I went straight down pushing through the earth. I finally hit stone so I carried on downwards. As I dug I fell into a cave, there was no light, all I could see was two glowing, white eyes. The figure stepped closer but as he came closer the more lights turned on. He grabbed a golden stick, aimed it at me and shot a bolt of lightning out of it! Is this the end for me?

It was the first day of Whitehough. All of year 6 were getting sorted into groups for our activity. I was in a group with: Harrison T, Chloe,Marco and Jazmin. Nigel told us to head to the main hall for our first activity. We got to the hall there was a note saying: “You need to find the marbles hidden around the room, they will be in places you will not suspect.” so we began to search. we checked every place we wouldn’t suspect but to no avail. Then Marco yelled “Come over here! I found something!” so we all went over to Marco and looked at what he found. But all we could see was water…

I was at the grand railway station waiting for my train to pink gorilla land, when a bicycle flew right past me. I ignored it and carried on waiting. I was still waiting an hour later so I decided to play tetris on my phone. I had just made the high score in the worldwide championship, so I yelled “YES!!” some people looked at me and  laughed because I shouted out in a public area. When the train finally arrived  I got on board and found a seat next to a man with a very foul stench emitting from him. “Just my luck.” I thought.

Just a normal day in the Simpson house. Mum and Beth were horse riding, Dad was working on my I pad and I was on Call of duty. I was playing zombies with my friends, when I spun the mystery box and got the ray gun! I thought, “what if the old shed has a secret to hide, like my game?” So I said I had to go to my 3 friends and turned off the Xbox. I got on my shoes and walked out of the back door, towards the old abandoned shed. As I reached for the handle, I paused. “what if there is something dangerous in there?” I thought to myself. It was the year 2025 and the supply of custard is at an alarming level! Only a handful of people have custard, and I happen to know someone with custard. His name is Trevor Phillips and lives in north Yankton just like I do. I go to see Trevor for some yummy custard. When I walk through the door I see Trevor asleep on the couch! There was a bowl on the table marked “for Ryan.” So I grab the bowl and spoon and taste a bit. The custard tasted like chocolate! I was so amazed that I woke Trevor and told him his custard was amazing! He thanked me and went back to sleep.

It was two weeks after Christmas and I was one day from going back to school. I decided to play with my robot named Bobert but I hadn’t put batteries in yet so I grabbed some double A batteries, but when I put the batteries in it, It came to life!

“Hello I am Bobert . What is your name?”asked the robot, “I am Ryan nice to meet you!” I replied.”Want to watch TV?” “Affirmative.” Bobert said and used a little jet pack to get on the couch where we watched Adventure Time with Finn the human and Jake the dog. I still have him today, but he is on my shelf without batteries.

“Barney where are you?” yelled Joe from the kitchen. He had lost his hamster,Barney. What Joe didn’t know was that Barney had gone into the Christmas decorations box and cloaked himself in decorations. Now this hamster was unique, he was smart and sneaky. He decided to get a snack from the garden so he scuttled out of the doors and plucked a few leaves from a nearby bush. After he went through the doors he scuttled to the kitchen to get in his cage. But he was caught by Joe “There you are!” exclaimed Joe “Here’s your gift1 A big pile of lettuce!”

Time was running out… I dashed to the locked door and kicked it open! I quickly built a trap from parts I cobbled together and placed it, and watched the creatures walk straight into it. After a few minutes the power supply shut down! I hurried to the power room and saw a switch which underneath said “manual power supply”. But then a HUGE monster dropped from a hole in the roof and let out a massive roar! I stumbled backwards and looking down,I was surprised to see… Nothing! I knew there was no way out so i jumped… “Darnit game over again!” said Jeremy in disbelief. “Good present though!”.
